We strongly recommend weight adjustment to prevent any postural problems. If you think that this is not necessary, please consult your doctor. Otherwise, we currently advise you to fit several (stone) murnels into the filling wadding in such a way that the knitted knockers roughly corresponds to the weight of your former breast. Another option is to insert a balloon or disposable glove into the stuffing, fill it up with rice or dry legumes until the weight roughly corresponds to the former breast, close it airtight and anchor it in the stuffing wadding. A filling with stainless steel nuts could prove to be optimal.

A brand new recommendation from an Amazon is to fill the balloon with glass granules for dolls, stuffed animals and weighted blankets or MaKu7© plastic granules . With this actually any weight can be balanced and also still bendable, so you can distribute the balloon deep in the filling wadding evenly
